Mediation
Mediation is a method of dispute resolution whereby parties, with the help of the mediator, keep control over the resolution of their dispute themselves. Parties try to come to a solution, instead of being dependent on a judicial judgment of a court. The great advantage of mediation is that the resolution is always tailor-made and therefore the best solution for both parties. Another advantage of mediation is that the costs are limited and that in a relatively short time the conflict can be definitively solved. The experienced mediator of Parker Advocaten mainly mediates in business conflicts, such as conflicts between or in companies, labor disputes, conflicts within employee participation or works councils, ICT conflicts or other collaborative conflicts. The mediator is MfN registered and IMI certified.
