On Thursday evening 10 October, two Dutch winners received awards at the European Franchise Awards ceremony. Tessa de Mönnink of Parker Advocaten and hospitality franchise formula Verhage received European awards in their categories.

Recognition of excellence

The European Franchise Awards recognise excellence in the franchise world. The winners were chosen by an expert panel of judges from the European Franchise Federation (EFF) and announced at the celebratory ceremony on 10 October 2024 in Brussels.

Services to Franchising

In the ‘Services to Franchising’ category, Tessa de Mönnink received the bronze award in recognition of her long-standing contribution as a lawyer to the qualitative development of the franchise market. She is co-founder and partner at Parker Advocaten and co-founder and president of the Dutch Association for Distribution, Franchise and Agency Law (Vereniging DFA). Among other things, she is also actively involved in the legislative committee of the Dutch Franchise Association (NFV).
