The lawyers at Parker Advocaten regularly speak at seminars and provide training and courses in their respective areas of expertise.

Barbara Spliet recently joined the well-known educational institute Merlijn, where she provides various training courses on employee participation law for (central) works councils, committees and works council executive boards. She also provides training courses for management boards that want to gain more insight into the processes surrounding employee participation within an organisation.

Tessa de Mönnink has recently delivered several in-house courses to clients and law firms on distribution, franchise and agency law. She will also speak at the Delex congress Fashion X Contracting & IP on 5 June 2024, with fashion designer Claes Iversen, among others. Furthermore, she will speak at the International Distribution Institute (IDI) annual conference in Prague on 15 June 2024.
