IT & Internet
For many years, clients contact us for assistance with the complex legal issues which come with the IT, internet, telecommunication, online marketing and eHealth branch. These clients are established companies and start-ups companies; both on the supply and the demand side. We assist our clients in entering into (or terminating) IT projects, for example by drafting and negotiating IT contracts, such as licenses and software development agreements or Service Level Agreements (SLA’s). In addition, we advise clients on the use of cookies, e-mail marketing and telemarketing and on other subjects, such as e-commerce, copyright and the protection of confidential (company and personal) data. We represent our clients in legal proceedings, including proceedings regarding decisions of the Data Protection Authority (‘AP’) and the Authority for Consumer and Market (‘ACM’).
